2. Scope of Application

These General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all orders placed through our website, mobile devices, or other online platforms for the purchase of food, beverages, and related products for takeaway, collection, or delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these GTC.


3. Products and Services

We offer freshly prepared sushi, hot meals, beverages, and related food products.

All products:

  • are subject to availability

  • may vary slightly in presentation

  • may contain allergens

Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before ordering.


4. Prices and Charges

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€)

  • Prices include VAT

  • Delivery or service charges are shown clearly before checkout

  • The total payable amount is displayed before payment confirmation

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.


5. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through our online ordering system.

Before completing payment, customers can:

  • review their order

  • modify quantities

  • remove items

  • correct errors

The order is legally binding only after clicking the final confirmation button (e.g. “Place Order” or “Buy Now”).


6. Acceptance of Terms (Click to Accept)

Before checkout, customers must actively confirm:

“I have read and accept the General Terms & Conditions and Withdrawal/Refund Policy.”

Orders cannot be processed without acceptance.


7. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments including:

  • Maestro

  • other supported methods displayed at checkout

Payments are processed via encrypted, secure payment gateways compliant with industry security standards.

We do not store full card details.


8. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, customers receive confirmation via email or on-screen including:

  • prices

  • delivery/service fees

  • total amount

  • currency

  • transaction date

  • delivery/collection time

  • unique order number

Customers must check the confirmation and contact us immediately if there is an error.


9. Delivery and Collection

Delivery

  • Delivery areas and times are shown on the website

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative only

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or peak demand

Collection

Customers must collect orders at the agreed time.

Risk Transfer

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.


10. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law, customers may normally withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

However:

Exception for Food Products

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • freshly prepared meals

  • perishable goods

  • food and beverages once prepared or delivered

Therefore, food orders cannot be cancelled or returned once preparation has begun or delivery has been completed.

If cancellation is requested before preparation begins, we may refund at our discretion.


11. Returns and Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be provided where:

  • incorrect items were delivered

  • items are missing

  • products are defective or unsafe

Customers must contact us immediately (within the same day) with:

  • order number

  • description of issue

  • photo evidence if applicable

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


12. Allergens and Food Safety

Food may contain or come into contact with:

  • fish

  • shellfish

  • soy

  • gluten

  • sesame

  • eggs

  • dairy

  • nuts

Customers with allergies must inform us before ordering. We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens.


13. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

  • provide accurate information

  • ensure correct delivery address and contact number

  • be available to receive delivery

  • use the website lawfully

Failure to accept delivery may result in charges without refund.


14. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • Cyprus data protection laws

Personal data is used only to:

We do not sell or share payment card details with third parties.

  • government restrictions
